Birthday Wishes.

Growing up June was one of my favorite months of the year. School days turned into pool days and towards the end of the month we would bust out my always favorite ice-cream cake to celebrate my birthday. As I've gotten older and many things have changed, June still holds a special place in my heart. It's the month that blueberries, sweet corn, & watermelon hit the farmers market. It's the month when my 2nd favorite in-the-park flower blooms, the hot pink hibiscus. My favorite author usually releases a new book in June and heck, it's still my birthday month! No matter how many ice-cream cakes you've had over the years a girl can always have a birthday wish list.

 First on the list was already gifted to me this afternoon, thanks Mom! I can't wait to read Mary Kay Andrew's latest superstar southern heroine in "Spring Fever." {She even got it signed for me!)

Next up is a little jazz for my iphone. I've always loved Pencil Shavings Studio's creative & clever designs and have had my eye on the peacock buffalo check for a while, but her latest ikat release is a show stopper!

I'm a big water with _________ in the summertime. I love to steep a little mint, lemon, ginger, lime, or even cucumber in my H2O for a added flavor punch and this pitcher would be the perfect place to let it chill. {I had a little blow out with an acrylic pitcher and some sangira at last month's bunco and think that ceramic is the way to go!} And while I've got drinks on the brain, I'd love a new big T to tote around with my "new" monogram to keep my drinks icy cold!
