Strawberry Cream Cake

A big plus to our super mild winter is the abundance of spring crops, about 4 weeks early. I was thrilled to see farm fresh local strawberries recently and knew that was exactly the secret ingredient I wanted to feature for our Easter dessert. I used this recipe from Martha and it was yummy. I think next time I'll sprinkle the cake with a little orange liquer for some added punch. Enjoy!
