I just got spam commented in Chinese characters. Anyone know how to prevent this / what it means / how to mass delete them? (I already have word verification on.)

SO annoying! I have had it happen before. I can't figure out a way to mass delete them. I think you can only prevent them by turning on comment moderation (which you did). If you put the mouse over them you can see what site they are directing you to. I also tried to go to the profile but it was hidden :(
How odd! I would think that would verification would get rid of that, but I guess not. I now moderate all my comments and I must say this never happens and all the rude seemed to have FINALLY left me alone too! You could maybe give that a try.
That is so frustrating! I haven't had it happen, but The Pink Tutu has had it in overdrive. I think she might have figured out a few ways to stop it.

Hi there. I've had this happen quite frequently over the past few months. Last night they did it over 300 times and last week one night they did it 913 times. The only solution I found is comment moderation. I was didn't want to do that but was sick of having to individually delete comments. I'm so sorry this happened to you too! i don't know how they are getting past word verification.
