Stop Hunger Now!

Saturday, I participated in a Stop Hunger Now "packaging party." My church bagged and sealed over 41,000 meals to send to the hunger zones all over the earth. The meals, a chicken and rice like casserole, has been scientifically developed to contain the perfect blend of non-animal based proteins and vitamins needed by the malnourished.

Click here to find out how you can help! If you are in and around NC you can host a packing party of your own! One of the kids helping was there to celebrate her 9th birthday & brought friends in lieu of a birthday party. What a great way to give back!

Thanks for sharing this on your blog! I am going to see if I can organize a group to package meals over the holiday.

Enjoy your week!
