... to stop a toilet from overflowing? Neither did I until this morning when I, solo at work, discovered the porcelin throne's bowl had "runneth over."
Oh, I totally do. Thanks to a college roommate who managed to get sick, pass out in the bathtub, and leave the toilet overflowing. Which I discovered when water started trickling into my room!!
Uhm...for those who aren't familiar... that knob down by the floor behind the toilet, I'm sure you've noticed it while cleaning...it's not for decoration. When the water keeps coming up, up, up, turn it and quickly!!! That way you won't be needing the wellies and wet/dry vac. I'm just saying...

I overflowed the toilet once when I lived at home and my daddy made sure I knew where the shut off on the toilet was after that fiasco!
Ugh, gross!
Oh man that always happens when I am babysitting-the kids like to put at much TP in as possible.
My sophomore year ours overflowed and I had to go in the bathroom with my wellies on to try to fit it!
