Friday Five.

1. I was typing away at some pricing quotes for clients & had an email from a friend that completely surprised me. Look who was featured on the Triangle Mom's on Main Mom's Choice 2012 awards? Big smiles at my desk today!

2. Our condo is officially under contract. Now begins the exciting hunt for a new place to call home. Our realtor did a great job & got us under contract in just about 10 weeks! If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the triangle area, be sure to check out Theresa Myers with PruYSU.

3. It's hot. It's the end of July, so what's new right? This summer seems to have hit me a little harder than years past. One concoction that is helping me beat the heat? Iced green tea & lemonade. I fill a pitcher with water & let about 6 bags of decaf green tea steep overnight. Remove the bags in the morning & mix with a splash of your favorite lemonade and voila. Refreshing & good for you. Double win.

4. It's Olympics time. I absolutely love the Olympics. My dad took me to the '92 games in Atlanta and I will never forget the amazing amount of national pride I saw showcased. Go team USA!
