Do you Pinterest?
I'll admit it, it's addicting. A place full of ideas of every way, shape, & form, I've enjoyed curating a collection of boards. If you haven't followed me yet, be sure you do by clicking the link above!
Here are a few things on my radar this First Friday of 2012!
Color: It's back and bolder than ever. I am THRILLED to be onto brighter and cheerier times, I think everyone is. A palate of color inspiration can come from many places. I love this simple yet elegant tablescape with a crisp, clean linen backdrop and bold pops of color.
Check Mate: I'm starting to see lots of gingham, buffalo, & campy checks everywhere from laundry sacks to luxurious Belgian linen. As a recent iPhone convert, I've been on the hunt for the perfect case. The husband says the case I picked up from Target looks like a tween girls. But that is neither here nor there...
The perfect one might just be this big buffalo check. Now the question is .... what color?
I haven't shared too much recently but if you know me IRL, you know I love to be in the kitchen. Trying new recipes is my jam. For NYE we fixed this potato "slinky" and it was fabulous. I highly recommend it!
Organization. My inner OCD loves this photo. Everything in it's place, out of sight.
Was your resolution to become more organized?
Hey there chevron! I am all about loving the little things & small spaces. Wouldn't this be a great way to create a bold focal wall in your entryway? Better yet, this would be a great weekend warrior DIY project!

My resolution was TOTALLY to get more organized. We moved in September, but since it was right before the wedding and then life has been crazy post-wedding, basically nothing has been done in the way of organizing. Our house is a disaster!
I am so happy to see more color too. Bright and bold is very cheery. I love the blue plate in the first photo. I actually have a set of them...

I'm completely addicted to Pinterest! So many great images and ideas out, so many DIY and recipes I want to try and it's fun to pin some dream items too!
