Classic with a Twist.

What do you get when you take a classic pattern seen throughout history and explode it's size? A fantastic twist. I love the re-emergence of blown-up-gingham and buffalo check. It's fresh and fun and could be worked seamlessly into any style interior. Bold and bright or soft and serene I have a crush on this pattern!

Love this post! Our living room curtains are the exact pattern from the first picture, and I think we're having curtains made for our master bedroom in a linen-colored buffalo check.

Love the buffalo check too! I'm looking for a new direction in my dining room and this just might be it.

I am really drawn to the top photo - I think its the beautiful green of the map and the colours in the parrot etching - really beautiful!
