Tasty Trial: Brioche Buns!

We decided to have an impromptu cookout after a morning of estate-saleing (me) & turkey hunting (the badger) with some fabulous friends. With burgers on the menu I decided to try my hand at home-made brioche hamburger buns from a recipe I found over at the Cheeky Kitchen.

I mixed and...
...then kneaded....then let it rest & rise...

Voila!

These giant sized whole-wheat buns were the perfect accompaniment to our burger night!
