Public Service Announcement.

If you microwave a tortilla with cheese it will not be the delightful crispy quesidilla you desire. Eating plain greek yogurt is not a substitute for sour cream. When a rock hits your windshield saying, "please don't ding my windshield" will not prevent a ginormous crack. Consider yourself warned.

haha - I love that recipes always call for using greek yogurt instead of sour cream ... they are not similar tasting for a topping! maybe it's an acquired taste?

And, you know, I've done all of that! Oy.

I've done the quesadilla thing far too many times - each time I think it will turn out differently. Microwaving pizza also doesn't end well.

We just got nailed by a rock last week, we're crossing our finger it doesn't spread. :(

Sending you a smile!

Bread looks yummy. I have a receipe for french bread where you throw a little water into the oven to create steam and a crusty crust with soft insides. Yum-oh!
