5 things for a Friday

1. I suggest you get yourselves to a local farmers market this weekend and purchase the following: heirloom tomatoes, basil, sweet onions, garlic, zucchini, squash, peaches, blackberries, & blueberries (& german cheesey bread if you're as lucky as I am to have such a vendor.) Heavenly. I created a yummy summer pasta dish with the first 4 ingredients this week, I'll share the recipe soon!

2. They just opened a Lululemon in my city. I'm looking forward to seeing what all the buzz is about!

3. My invitations are back from the calligrapher!!! Time to start stuffing and stamping. {insert happy dance here}

4. My desk is piled high therefore I'm blogging from the floor. Pete thinks this is the perfect opportunity to hurl his kong at me endlessly.

5. Happy Friday! I worked a normal-person work week this one and am so looking forward to an actual full weekend!

that photo alone makes me want to get to the farmer's market. I made the best thing from the Barefoot Contessa. Don't know if yal'll like the things in it, but check out Greek Panzenella on her site. Yum-o. I could have eaten the whole bowl. Lots of fresh veggies.

Kongs are the best, aren't they? And of course it is a great idea to "give" it to you if you're there & ready to play. :)

Happy Friday!

You'll love Lululemon! We have a couple and their workout clothes are fabulous. Expensive but great quality. Have a great weekend!

I haven't checked out the Lululemon showroom in Raleigh, but I loaded up on my recent trip to NYC at an actual store and now I'm a fan!
