1. I'd like to thank my fantastic swap partner Sarah in TN for my A Dozen Egg's Fall Foodie Swap package. I'm so excited to try my goodies. Doesn't the fall table runner she quilted herself look just fabulous with my fall table scape?
2. I've mentioned before how the badger and i share a love for Krispy Kreme doughnuts, especially for dessert. While the traditional "hot & nows" are usually top of the list, for a small window each fall the pumpkin spice doughnut wins a place in our hearts.
3. I had a few questions regarding my wedding weekend post. The wedding was in the Shenandoah Valley in North Western Virginia where the bride grew up. The nicknames flamingo & beaver were totally random and given by the badger on a mountain trip to go along with ours, bird & badger.

I love Krispy Kreme. The hot and fresh sign is my weakness. Thank goodness the closest one to our house is at least 30 minutes! Otherwise, I'd be at least 30 lbs. heavier!
I have never heard of those doughnuts...but I must try them!
Those krispy cremes look delicious! I do love that runner! What a lovely swap item!
I will have to try a KK donut...I had a Tim Horton's pumpkin donut the other day and it wasnt so great :O(
Those donuts look super yummy. A Krispy Kreme is right down the street. Maybe that will be my post church treat. Stupid diet!
