Can't make out the shaky (i was laughing so hard my hang shook) image ?
It's a small child playing "spin the mini-bottle!" The kid sized toy was found beneath the stadiums seats. The very bored child was endlessly entertained for the 2nd half of the game.TeeHeeHee.
