Big Help Please!

While trying to design a new blog for the furniture buiness, I stupidly saved a new template style to my personal blog. It had already been changed by the time I realized what I'd done. Does anyone know how to get it back? (ex: my column set up, colors, etc?) Please say its not lost forever!
