Mary Mary Quite Contrary

How does your garden grow? (you'll just have to tilt your head to see this photo correctly, sorry!)

Grandly, that's how! The zucchini are growing faster than I can pick them. I had no idea zucchini would grow so large ... my size 9 foot is dwarfed compared to "Seymour" the giant zucchini! (I'm pretty sure they are supposed to look like the smaller ones to the left of the picture ... next stop state fair and the giant veggie competition!)Anyone have any good Zucchini recipes? Looks like I'm going to need them!

Aside: Can anyone help me make BitP a 3 column layout without loosing my current blog-design? Advice is welcomed!

Wow! I love grilled zucchini--especially after it has been marinated in a little balsamic. Congrats on your yield! We're still waiting for some veggies from our Yankee garden up here in NYC.

I love zucchini! Those are so HUGE! WOW! You can make bread (and freeze it or give a loaf as a gift), grill it, or my personal favorite, cut it about 1/4 inch thick, dip pieces into a beaten egg then into flour and fry em up! Sooo good!
